Architected a fully automated ERP pipeline on Zoho One (CRM, Inventory, Writer, Creator) with custom Deluge scripting, covering the entire distribution workflow from sales compliance to payroll.

BOM & Quoting Engine (CRM + Zoho Writer)
- CSV parsing extracts raw vendor data (Dell, VMware) automatically
- Hierarchical structuring organizes parts into clusters (servers) and sub-headings (RAM) for exact costing
- Zero-touch PDF generation uses the Writer API to produce and attach branded quotes in seconds
Procurement & Currency Sync
- Vendor validation enforces Proforma Invoice uploads before purchasing
- Live currency sync converts OEM USD totals via live exchange rates, stamping LKR amounts on records
Dynamic Inventory Sync (Inventory API)
- Smart SKU detection matches BOM parts against live inventory
- Auto-item creation adds new OEM parts with correct business units and COGS ledger codes
Localized Payroll (Zoho Creator)
- Automates Sri Lankan statutory deductions (EPF, PAYE)
- Calculates variable pay and commissions to generate accurate net salary payslips
