Designed and built ProcureFlow end to end on Zoho Catalyst, from purchase requests and approvals through RFQs, bidding, purchase orders, goods receiving, invoice matching, and payments.

Customization & Integration
- Dynamic custom fields and modules, a live-preview PDF template designer, and configurable role-based dashboards.
- Outbound webhooks for PR, PO, GRN, bill, and payment events connect Zoho Flow, ERPs, and external systems.
- Native Zoho Books integration using an OAuth self-client flow synchronizes vendors, items, and bills with idempotent, resumable logic and per-record error reporting.
Developer Portal
- Organization onboarding, verification, and suspension controls.
- Per-organization resource costs and full JSON backup/export.
- Metered API usage billing with exportable rate-card invoicing.
